  After only being used a few times the keyboard is malfunctioning. The keys just make a hummng/feedback sound. My granddaughter didn't tell me this till after the return window, which was only one. month after she received it for Christmas. While I'm disappointed with the product and its return policy, their service agent did reach out and provide a possible fix. It seems to have corrected the issue in the short term. Their prompt response was appreciated.
