    I鈥檝e made sauerkraut before using a makeshift venting lid and it鈥檚 turned out ok, but has involved a lot in the way of messes.

    This sauerkraut has been going 5 days now and it is definitely the most active ferment I鈥檝e had and better yet, no mess and no fuss.

    Pictures are taken of day 1 (lower level in jars) and day 4. Looking forward to making many more things in these. They were a bit expensive for the quantity, but the quality is high and I expect to get my money鈥檚 worth through repeated use.
