After a year, my old dashcam fell off all of a sudden. I tried other double-sided tapes, but this one seems to stick the best. So far, so good! It has not fallen yet. I made sure to clean all areas on contact. I trimmed the adhesive pad to size and have a lot more left over. It is really nice to have in case I need it for other objects.

I used this for both a phone mount on my dash and also to fix a side mirror that popped off unexpectedly.
There was some extra tape that came with this and it worked perfectly for securing the mirror while giving the tape an extra full day to make sure it was as secure as possible.

This tape was a great replacement for the double sided tape that came with my phone mount. It's a flexible mount and this tape was both strong enough to flex with the mount and strong enough to stay attached to both mount and dash even with a heavy iphone 15 pro attached.

I still have leftover two sided tape for other uses and will likely use it to restick some things around the house too.
The value was there for the price for me and I've struggled to find really good heat/sun resistant tape before.

I used one of these adhesive pads to reattach my dashcam after the original adhesive gave out, and it worked perfectly. The pad stuck firmly to my dashboard, even though it's slightly textured. I cleaned the area with the included wipe, followed the instructions, and pressed it down hard.

It’s been holding strong through daily commutes, hot sun, and bumpy roads. I also like that you can trim the pads to fit your device if needed. Way stronger than I expected. Highly recommend keeping a couple in the glove box just in case!

I installed a dash cam in my sons vehicle as he is a new driver and wanted one. I didn't quite get the placement correct and needed to reposition it. Thanks to these pads, I was able to do that, and have it just as secured as when originally installed. The pads are 3M, which in my opinion are simply the best you can get. The kit includes 4 pads that can easily be trimmed with scissors to the shape and size you want. You also receive 4 cleaning wipes for cleaning the inside of the glass (do not skip this step). I cleaned first really well with Windex and a cloth and then a final cleaning with one for the provided cleaning wipes. Next, they provide 2 strips of tape to secure the camera for 48hrs. The mounting plate on this camera is detachable so I taped just the mount for 24 hours before attaching the camera and have not had any problems.

For ease of removal down the road (pun intended), I recommend using these in combination with an electrostatic film designed for this purpose. Otherwise, these are so sticky removal can be difficult (I had to use floss to cut it away as I didn't use electrostatic film the first time). Once the film is on the window (bubble free) stick the pad on the camera using the side covered in yellow paper, and then remove the red paper and stick that to the film. When time to remove, just peel the electrostatic film off the glass (film is like a light duty screen saver used on electronics).

At time of review, these sell for just under $11. Given the size and quality of these (again, they are 3M) I think there is value here at that price. These are good pads that make installation mistakes or transfers to other vehicles easy to do.

These sticky pads were exactly what I needed to reattach my dash camera on a new car. I had tried the adhesive tape and it didn’t hold up. Cold weather, hot weather and in between. My camera kept falling off. I looked locally for replacement tape and even the store I bought the camera at didn’t carry any. So I bought it on here and it’s been working great! All kinds of different temps and still working great.
I put the adhesive on the window overnight and the next day I peeled off the other side and attached the camera. Good as new.
