    I bought this book on the streets of Newark; quite a few people have already read this book - and there is a DEFINITE buzz in the Brick City about "No Exit". The story may be fiction, but it is REAL!! The places the author talked about - I have been there...the street life, I have experienced and seen firsthand. Mr. Banks keeps your interest NO DOUBT!! It is raw, real and riveting - READ IT!!

    This book was so good and interesting. Every page was filled with suspense, action, and excitement. Most of all the book was REAL and I knew what was going on because I know people that been through the same thing. It felt like I was right there and I could picture every situation. I recommend this book to anyone who is ready to read about the Streetz. Al Saadiq Banks is the newest and most creative author out right now and If he keeps writing books like this hit I believe he will be around for a long time.

    This novel is really "true to life". The author Asaadiq Banks does a great job taking the reader to the streets and into the live's of three young men. Tony, E and Du. The story may be fiction but as I turned each page I felt as if I was living this story for real! Mr Banks truly writes as if he lived thru this drama. This book lets you know that the streets are a harsh and cold place where you have no friends and you can't trust no man not even family. I think this is a good book and if you have a young brother pass it onto him and ask him to read it. I am hooked for more true to life drama!

    wow i read the whole book in less than a day ...... this is the first book i read from him and i plan to read them all it takes you on real life situations how you cant trust every body and people that talk to much gets cought up every body talks about the drugs and money but theres much deeper messages in this book as well

The character development was a treat and believable. It made sense and like the author's other stories, played out like a movie. Everything from the story lines to the characters kept me reading page after page to find out hpw everything would play out. This book felt like more than just a book. It was more like an autobiography of the streets in the late 80s/early 90s. I'm looking forward to the next read.

All of the characters are someone that you could really see in the streets. These are real people with real problems and real life scenarios.
