    I know that a lot of people don’t really like that these pills are such a low dose but for the purpose that I bought them for (to just help digestion with meals) the low dose is perfect because I know I won’t overdo it! If you need a higher dose I would just consider using loose psyllium husk in juice to save you time and money!
