# Good Portable Blender for My Morning Smoothies
I got this Kawu portable blender last week and been using it daily since. It's pretty handy with the 34.1 oz size - big enough for a decent smoothie but not too bulky to carry around.
The USB-C charging works well for me. I charged it once when I got it and still haven't needed to recharge yet. I like that I don't need to find batteries or a special charger.
The lid doesn't leak at all, which is important since I sometimes throw it in my bag after using it. The sip spout is nice too - I can drink straight from it without pouring into another cup.
The handle with strap is actually useful. I didn't think I'd care about that feature but I use it to carry the blender from my kitchen to my desk.
The blending power is good enough for what I need. It handles frozen berries okay if I cut them small. Sometimes it struggles with harder stuff like frozen banana chunks, but it gets there if I shake it a bit.
One thing that could be better is the noise. It's louder than I expected for a portable device. Also, the button sometimes needs a extra push to start.
Overall, worth the money if you make smoothies often and want something you can take with you.
