The build quality is super good. Like I was surprised at the Nice thick plastic, slow close lid and it looks expensive. Remote works well and is easy to mount with tape or screws included. Fan works well, heated seat is super comfortable with 3 heat levels and warm water is a game changer. Best feature is the twist knob night light, with that tbh you don't need the remote, twist back for the rear forward for feminine, and tap middle to stop and middle again for dryer. It has a seat sensor so auto stops if you stand up and wint activate unless your sitting. Honestly for $250 it's the best bidet ever. Super fast and easy install too. Literally the only downside is the water pressure is on the weaker side but there is also a turbo button which is slightly stronger. Tbh I like it like this cuz other bidets give an anema. Please buy it you won't regret it unless it doesn't fit or you don't have a power outlet!

Like many other reviewers, I ran into problems with the T-valve. I spent over two hours trying to fix the issue using the provided gaskets, but nothing worked. The manufacturer really needs to reevaluate both the T-valve design and the screws used to connect the base.

Additionally, I own another bidet that’s easy to detach and clean, but this one appears to be permanently fixed to the toilet, making maintenance more difficult. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to test any of the other features because I couldn’t complete the installation.

Easy to install, all parts needed come with it. Pro tip: connect T adapter to toilet so you don't need to purchase hose adapters. Bidet works great easy to use. Many others have reviews that say dryer is worthless, this one works well in my opinion and heat settings will warm and dry you. Seat warmer is nice option as well. This one costs less than most, you aren't giving up much, if you don't need auto flush and auto seat closure, this one gets it done. This is the ONLY Bidet seat I've seen with an illuminated knob. It is BRILLIANT: turn it one way for rear, other way for front cleaning, push it once to stop, and if you want to dry, push the button again to start or stop the dryer. You aren't trying to see this side control panel in the dark, or fumble with a remote. Now, this DOES have a remote, which makes it easy to vary the settings. I only gave this a 4 because I find the water flow is relatively weak compared to other bidets, but it really is an ergonomic triumph.
