hohem iSteady Pro4 Stabilizer is compatible with Gopro Hero 13/12/11/10/9/8
Supports control of photo/video and mode switching for Gopro11. The Bluetooth firmware needs to be updated to 1.005. If not,you need to do the following: re-download the APP "Hohem Gimbal", and upgrade the Bluetooth firmware .

Note: (1) The latest Bluetooth firmware can be upgraded remotely; (2) The latest Bluetooth firmware needs to download the latest version of the APP to update; (3) When Pro4 is connected to Gopro11, it will be disconnected from the Goproquick APP.

Great little gimble for the GoPro. it hold the hero 5 and 10 no issues. you can not have them in any sort of case though. the battery life is fair better if you only use the gimble and do not connect to to the gimble. but overall I got a good 5 hours on it. i use it to help me record RC action shots at ground level. so i am using it on a exension pole. and the only issue o have is if you it tha angle of the pole to verticle you see the gimble mech in the gopro shot. other then that it is a great cost effective choice for Go Pro use.

First off I'm using a non brand name action camera with great success.
I love the variety of options to adjust and pivot the camera.
Having a fairly large battery (~6000 mAh) and being able to use it as a battery bank to power the camera was a bonus not noticed while obtaining this. All three generally used cables necessary to connect between the gimbal and camera come on the kit. The connection for the camera is right where the camera mounts. Although it uses standard connectors one is not common anymore but it does make the system of cables straight forward (mini USB for the gimbal side) with micro USB, USB C, and USB A as separate cables too complete the connection for power transfer.
It could be attached to a tripod or use the small handle extension (it also opens as a tripod) which also may be attached at 90° to the handle.
It's capable of acting as a remote control for the camera assuming your camera is on the list.
The formed interior case is a great asset also. Most action cameras will probably be capable of staying attached to this gimbal and being stored with the gimbal within the case.
After a two hour session of wanting and operating this with it also applying power to the camera it used less than 25% of the battery capacity.
I recommend this gimbal.
