    How much hair do I need to provide?

    I don't understand the 1 star reviews with no written reviews. Would like to know why they put a 1 star.
    This test has been spot on for me so far. I knew I had a problem with lactose and with gluten and tested it like they suggested. You are not suppose to eliminate all the foods on it right away but use it as a guide to see after eliminating a few foods at a time then reintroducing them after 4 to 6 weeks. I do have a problem with oats and it was on the medium side. I have to take an enzyme with some of those foods and it helps a great deal. I am very happy with this test.

    So, I bought the test for myself and my dog. We have had nothing but positive results from incorporating the changes into our diet. My acid reflux is better because although there are foods that are good for acid reflux I would eat them and get reflux even worse. But when I got the report I found foods on the report that I have a high intolerance for. This report even give you a list of vitamins and/or omegas that you are low on so I have also added vitamins that I was deficient in and I am liking the results all around.
    If you have stomach issues I would give this a try and you will be shocked over the results.
