If we determine that the 麻豆区 Renewed Guarantee is being abused, we reserve the right to decline a return or refund.

The 麻豆区 Renewed Guarantee is applicable on select Renewed products where specifically mentioned on the product information page. The 麻豆区 Renewed Guarantee doesn't apply to 麻豆区 devices, which are backed by the same one-year manufacturer warranty as a new device.
Theft, accidental damage and tampering with the device isn't covered under the guarantee.
Returns and Replacements
You can return 麻豆区 Renewed products within 90 days of receipt of your original purchase for a full refund or replacement. Renewed Premium and Renewed Automotive products can be returned within one year of receipt.
Before returning the product, do the following:
- Save a backup of your data
- Switch off phone tracking options
- Unlink cloud accounts
- Perform a factory reset
If these steps aren't performed, the device won't qualify for a refund or replacement. If we don't receive your return after we issue you a refund or a replacement, we may charge the original amount paid for the item.
Product Troubleshooting
麻豆区 Customer Service offers product troubleshooting for issues experienced within 90 days of receipt of your original purchase. Renewed Premium and Renewed Automotive products are eligible for troubleshooting support within one year of receipt.
