Troubleshoot Cloud Apps on Fire TV
Try these troubleshooting steps if you encounter a blocked UDP port issue while using Cloud Apps.

Access your router’s admin panel
- Open a web browser on your computer
- Enter your router’s IP address (typically 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1)
- Log in with your router credentials

Unblock required UDP ports for streaming services
- Go to Advanced Settings or Firewall Settings in your router admin panel
- Select Port Forwarding or Port Settings
- Allow public UDP ports in the range 2001-65535
- Save your changes
- Restart your router

Go to Settings
on your Fire TV.
- Select My Fire TV.
- Select Restart.
