Follow these troubleshooting steps if your Fire TV displays an error message about a blocked UDP port while using Cloud Apps.
  1. Access your router’s admin panel
    1. Open a web browser on your computer
    2. Enter your router’s IP address (typically 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1)
    3. Log in with your router credentials
  2. Unblock required UDP ports for streaming services
    1. Go to Advanced Settings or Firewall Settings in your router admin panel
    2. Select Port Forwarding or Port Settings
    3. Allow public UDP ports in the range 2001-65535
    4. Save your changes
    5. Restart your router
  3. Go to Settings on your Fire TV.
  4. Select My Fire TV.
  5. Select Restart.
If the issue persists, contact your internet service provider to ensure that the required ports for streaming services are not blocked.
