View Your Calling and Drop In History
You can view your Call and Drop In history in the Alexa app.

Open the Alexa app

More
.

Open
Communicate
.

Select the
Recents
icon.
You can view Calls and Drop Ins up to the last 90 days.
Tip: Select a call from your history to place a call or Drop In on the device.
To remove something from your history, swipe left and select Remove.
To remove your entire Call and Drop In history, select the More icon on the Recents page, then select Remove all Calling and Drop In history.
Note: Some calls, like calls made via Skype, Zoom, Alexa Skills, certain 3P devices, or
your linked mobile phone account won’t be displayed in the call history page.
Group calls and Drop Ins won't appear in your history.
