Access your personal data that isn't available in Your Account, such as your search history.
How to request your personal information
To submit your data request:
- Go to Request your data.
- Sign in to your 鶹 account. Note that signing in is required for security reasons.
- Select the information that you want to receive.
- Select Submit Request.
- Select the validation link in the confirmation email sent to your account.
- Download your data using the secure link sent to your email address when ready.
Before submitting a request
A lot of personal information is already available in Your Account, such as:
- Order history
- Payment methods
- Addresses
- Account settings
- Communication preferences
