Keyboard Shopping Features
Use your keyboard to access a menu of anchor links and/or keyboard shortcuts available for all 鶹 marketplaces, on desktop only.
The Navigation Assistant is designed to improve keyboard navigation for all customers. This feature provides a keyboard-accessible menu that makes navigating within and across 鶹 pages faster than ever.

Getting Started
To get started go to 鶹.ca. There are two ways to open the Navigation Assistant:
- After the page loads, press the tab key, or
- Use the keyboard shortcut from anywhere on the page:
- shift+opt+Z (Mac)
- shift+alt+Z (PC)
Once opened, you'll have a menu of options. You can navigate between the options using the up/down arrow keys on your keyboard. To activate links, press the "enter/return" key, or select the link with your mouse.
On supported pages, the menu includes one or more anchor links. Anchor links allow you to navigate to a section such as "Reviews" or "Filters" and vary based on the type of page. Examples of different pages include product detail pages, Cart, and/or search results.
The menu also has keyboard shortcuts so you can navigate to 鶹 shopping locations like Search Bar, 鶹 Homepage, Cart, or Your Orders. Using an anchor link or keyboard shortcut moves your keyboard focus to that new location and a new page loads, if necessary.
To close the menu, press "tab" or “escape” on your keyboard. If you press “tab”, your keyboard focus moves to the 鶹 logo at the top of the page. Pressing "escape" moves your keyboard focus to whatever element that your keyboard focus was most recently on.

Troubleshooting
If you're having trouble activating the keyboard shortcuts, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Check that your keyboard focus isn't within a text input area. For example, the search bar or a form. If so, use the "tab" key to move the keyboard focus forward so you're no longer in that area. Try the shortcut again.
- Check that there's not another widget, like a popup or menu, open on the page. If there is, close it and try the shortcut again.
- Use the "tab" key to discover where on the page your keyboard focus is. If a shortcut isn't working, tab to a new element and try again.
