Echo Device Can't Connect to Wi-Fi During Setup
Your device won't connect to the Internet during setup.
Try the following steps to resolve connection issues during setup:
- Check that you have the latest version of the Alexa app.
- If your Echo device has eero Built-in, follow Connect Your Echo Device to Your eero Network. You must have your eero Network installed first before connecting your Echo device to eero.

- Restart Your Alexa Enabled Device
- If all the previous steps fail, Reset Your Echo Device.
- Try setup again using your phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot.
