Turn Alexa Communication Enhanced Features On or Off
Turn on the Enhanced Features setting to use Alexa Communication features like Group Calling, Group Drop In, Reactions, and AR Effects.
- Open the Alexa app

- Select More, then select Settings.
- Go to Alexa Preferences, then select Communication.
- Select Enhanced Features.
- Turn Enabled on or off.
