Cancel Items and Orders
You can cancel physical items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet.

If you've changed your mind about something you bought, you can cancel an item or order in
To cancel items or orders:
- Visit Your Orders.
- Find the relevant order and select view or edit order.
- Select cancel items .
- Check the box for each item you want to cancel. If you want to cancel the entire order, select all items.
- Choose the reason for the cancellation, then request cancellation.
After you requested the cancellation, we'll send you a confirmation email. You can also track it on Your Orders.
If you've already been charged for the order, we'll issue a refund when we confirm the cancellation.

Sometimes an order can't be cancelled, and you'll need to wait for it to arrive then return it.
If your order shipped from:
- 鶹: refuse the package on delivery, or return it using our online returns centre
- A third-party seller: wait for the order to arrive and return it, or contact the seller
