Update receiving confirmation
Business customers can track the receiving status of their orders and mark items as received or not received.
Enabling receiving
To enable the receiving workflow:
- Sign in to your account and select Business Settings.
- Under Billing & Shipping, select Receiving (3-Way Match), and then choose the appropriate group or subgroup.
- Select Receiving Settings, and then choose Yes, track receiving to allow the designated receivers to mark items as received or not received.

Select Save to save your changes and enable receiving.
Once enabled, receivers can only access the receiving workflow, and the information required to update the receiving status. They will not have access to the other business settings.
Updating receiving confirmation
Account Administrators, Group Administrators, Finance users, and designated Receivers can confirm items for all orders within their respective group. To update receiving confirmation for a shipment:
- On the Receiving page, select the order for which you want to update receiving. You can use the Refine by filter or use the date range filter to find orders.
- For each item in the shipment, enter the quantity of items received or select Mark everything received to mark all items as received. If you haven’t received the item, you can enter the quantity as 0.
- Select Save to save the details.
