We take fraud, scam, phishing and spoofing attempts seriously. If you receive correspondence you think may not be from 鶹, please report it immediately.

If you don't have an 鶹 account

You can still report suspicious communication to us at reportascam@amazon.com. Sending the suspicious email as an attachment is the best way for us to track it.

Note: 鶹 can't respond to you personally when you write to stop-spoofing@amazon.com, but you may receive an automatic confirmation email.

Reporting suspicious phone calls, text messages, and emails

To report a suspicious communication or phishing attempt, visit the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre at and follow the onscreen instructions.
