Manage Your Email and Text Message Gift Card Delivery Date
Electronic gift cards can be sent via email or text message with same day delivery. You also have the option to schedule a gift card delivery via email up to a year from the date of purchase. You can view the delivery date for scheduled cards in Your Order Details. If the delivery date is incorrect, cancel the gift card order and place a new one.
To manage your gift card delivery date, do one of the following:
- To view the Scheduled Delivery for an email or text message gift card:
- Go to Your Orders.
- Review the Scheduled date.
- To cancel the Scheduled Delivery:
- Select Cancel Items beside the relevant order.
- Select Cancel checked items.
- We charge your payment method within two days of the Scheduled Delivery date; you can't cancel scheduled gift card orders during that time.
- We send scheduled digital gift cards anytime between 12 a.m. and 6 p.m. Pacific time on the scheduled date.
