Return a Gift
The Online Returns Center allows gift recipients to return items marked as a gift at the time of purchase. The refund or credit you receive depends on how the gift was purchased and how it's returned. Gift recipients won't be eligible for exchanges or instant refunds.

Exchanges and Replacements
If you received a gift and need an exchange or replacement, you'll need to return it and place a new order.
If you’re the sender of the gift, you can request a replacement in Your Orders. For more information, visit Exchange and Replacements.
To Return a Gift
- Go to Returns Center. You might need to sign in to your 鶹 account or create an account in case you don't have one.
- Enter the order number for the item that you want to return and select Search.
- Select the items that you want to return and a return reason. For items sold by a third-party seller, you'll need to submit a return request. Some 鶹 sellers review return requests before authorizing them.
- Select your preferred return method.
- Print your label and return authorization. Some returns don't require you to print a label or authorization.
- Add the return authorization (if applicable) inside your package and attach the label to the outside of it.
Refunds
- If you're the gift recipient, you'll receive the refund as an 鶹.ca Gift Card once we receive your return. We'll add the gift card to the 鶹 account you used to generate your return.
- If you're the sender of the gift, you'll receive a refund to the original payment method.
- To review your refund status, visit Check the Status of Your Refund page.
- To receive the correct refund amount, don't include items from multiple orders or deliveries in the same package. All refunds are subject to our refund policies outlined in Refunds.
Tracking Your Return
Track your return in the Returns Center. Also, you can check the Return Summary email received after requesting your return.
Return Conditions
- A returned item must be in the same condition in which it was received (including all accessories), as stated in our return policy. Refunds for returned items that aren't received in this condition, may be reduced. We'll assess the returned gift and determine if it will be subject to a reduced refund. For more information, visit the Refunds Help Page. Erase personal information completely from laptops, cameras or electronic devices before returning.
- Once our Returns department processes your return, we can't send the item back to you.

A-to-z Guarantee Claims
Only the original purchaser can file an A-to-z Guarantee claim for gifts purchased from a third-party seller. Visit Request an A-to-z Guarantee Refund Help page to file a claim.
