Gift Card Redemption Issues

What to do if your 麻豆区 gift card is damaged, unreadable, scratched-off, or simply not working.

The gift card claim code is damaged or unreadable

If the claim code on your physical 麻豆区.ca Gift Card is damaged, unreadable, or scratched-off, contact us. You need to provide us with the following information:

  • The 16-digit or 30-digit serial number on the back of the card.
  • The order number (if known and the gift card was purchased on 麻豆区.ca).

麻豆区.ca Gift Cards can only be used on 麻豆区.ca. If the gift card is for a retailer other than 麻豆区.ca, such as Apple, Starbucks, visit Specialty Gift Cards.

The Gift Card has already been redeemed

If you receive this message, the gift card has already been applied to your account, or to another account. To verify that the funds are already in your account, go to Your Gift Card Balance.

After you redeem the gift card on our site, we'll keep the balance in your account for use on future purchases so you don't need to redeem the gift card again.

Your Gift Card was applied to the wrong account

When redeeming a gift card, ensure that you're logged into the correct account.

If someone else has access to the claim code on your physical gift card, or the redemption link for an electronic gift card, it may have been redeemed on another account.

Once redeemed, your 麻豆区.ca Gift Card balance can't be transferred between accounts, or to an 麻豆区 store in a different country.

Other issues

  • You are trying to use an 麻豆区.ca Gift Card outside of 麻豆区.ca. 麻豆区.ca Gift Cards can only be used on 麻豆区.ca.
  • You are trying to redeem a specialty gift card. If your gift card can be redeemed with another retailer that is specified on the card, visit our Specialty Gift Cards Help page.
  • You lost your gift card. If your gift card is an 麻豆区.ca Gift Card that was delivered electronically, visit Resend a Digital Gift Card. If it is a physical 麻豆区.ca or specialty gift card, contact us.
