Cancel an Order in the 鶹 Shopping App

You can cancel an order in the app as long as it hasn't entered the dispatch process.

Note: You can't cancel digital orders in the app.

To cancel an order:

  1. Select the Me Tab icon (third from left in the bottom navigation bar).
  2. Select Your Orders.
  3. Select the order you want to cancel. If you don't see the item that you want to cancel, select Show more items.
  4. Select View or Change this order.
  5. Select Cancel Item.
  6. Select Cancel checked items.
