Clear App Data for Fire TV Cube Apps
To resolve intermittent playback issues, clear app data on Fire TV Cube.
Keep in mind that you need to sign into the app after clearing app data.

Go to Settings
on your Fire TV Cube.

Select Applications
, and then Manage Installed Applications.
- Select the application you're having trouble with. Select Force Stop and then Clear Data.
- Follow the prompts.
- Restart Fire TV Cube by briefly unplugging the power adapter.
