Reset Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by going through our password assistance process on our website.
To reset your password, go to
- When prompted, enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your
鶹 account and select Continue.
We will send you an email or SMS (depending on the verification method you have chosen) containing a One Time Password (OTP), to authenticate your request.
- Enter the OTP you received and select Continue.
- Create a new password.
As soon as you have created a new password, it's active. Your new password is for all 鶹-related accounts associated with the same email address.
