Checking Wi-Fi Connectivity on Smart Home Devices
Try these steps to check the internet connection for your Alexa-compatible device or fix connectivity issues.
- Open the Alexa app

- Open Devices

- Select your device.
- Select the gear
in the top right.
- Under Wi-Fi Network, verify that the correct Wi-Fi network is visible.
- If the Wi-Fi network listed is incorrect, select Change and follow the on-screen instructions.
- You can only change the Wi-Fi network settings in the Alexa app for 鶹 and Matter
devices.

- If the network listed is correct but you’re still experiencing issues, check that your router is working. To determine if your Echo device or your network is the problem, check the internet connection with another device.
