Kindle Content Isn't Showing in Your Library

Can't find your book? Kindle Store purchases save to the Cloud and download to your device within a few hours.

  • Make sure that your Kindle app or device is connected to the internet. To find help for resolving issues, go to Resolve Wi-Fi Connection Issues on Your Kindle E-Reader.
  • Check whether you have purchased the content successfully from Manage Your Content and Devices. If the new content doesn't show up, check if there’s any issue with your payment method and Update Your Payment Method.
  • Sync your Kindle app or device:
    • To Sync your mobile app, select More and then Sync or Sync Now.
    • To sync your Kindle, go to Settings, and then select Sync My Kindle or Sync and Check for Items.
  • Turn off any filters on your home screen or change to another display view. Go to Sort and change your View option.
  • Restart Your Kindle E-Reader if the issue persists.
  • Make sure that your Kindle has the most recent software update.
