Clear App Cache and Data on Your Android Device
Resolve intermittent app performance issues.
CAUTION: Clearing the app's data restores the app to its default settings and clears all stored
app data. This includes settings like parental controls, account login, etc.
- From the device's home screen, tap the Menu button on your device.
- Select Settings.
- Select Apps.
- Locate the app title from your list of apps.
- Select Storage.
- Select Clear Data.
When you relaunch the app, reset any settings you had previously.
