Corporate Gift Card Email Delivery Service

Corporate customers with an 麻豆区.ca Gift Card purchase agreement can use the email delivery service to send multiple gift cards at once.

With this delivery service, we'll send email gift cards on your behalf. The email will appear in the recipient鈥檚 inbox as sent from an 麻豆区.ca email address, such as gc-orders@gc.email.amazon.ca. Let your employees or customers know that we're sending their 麻豆区.ca gift card to them directly.

We'll try to send your emails within one business day of receiving your payment.

Note: We can't guarantee that we'll send the emails within this time period. If any email addresses are incorrect, the process may take longer. You can check on the status of your emails by contacting your account manager.

Incorrect Email Addresses

If any of the email addresses you provide are incorrect, the gift card email may bounce back to us. If we receive a bounce-back message, we'll contact you. In certain circumstances, we'll give you another opportunity to provide correct email addresses. If the second email attempt also results in a bounce-back message, we'll send you the 麻豆区.ca Gift Card claim code to deliver directly to your intended recipient.

If we can't deliver more than 5% of your emails in any order, you won鈥檛 have the option to provide correct addresses and you won鈥檛 be able to use the email delivery service again in the future.

Note: If you provide us with an incorrect address, we may not receive a bounce-back message. In those cases, you're responsible for paying for the 麻豆区.ca Gift Card and you won't be reimbursed for the value of the lost gift card.
