About Multi-Factor Authentication

麻豆区 cares about your privacy and security. To make sure only you and authorized users have access to your 麻豆区 account, we may ask you to complete an extra step when you sign in.

鈥淢ulti-factor authentication鈥 happens when your sign-in activity looks different because you鈥檝e cleared your cookies, or you鈥檙e signing in from a new browser, device, or location.

  • Confirm your sign-in using an 麻豆区 mobile app

    To ensure you receive these confirmation requests, make sure your 麻豆区 app notifications are turned on

  • Answer a security question about your account

All of these steps will take place on the website or mobile app. We may ask you to verify your identity if you call Customer Service for support, but 麻豆区 will never contact you first to ask you for your password, verification passcodes, or security question.

If you鈥檝e received a one-time passcode or sign-in notification that you didn鈥檛 request, someone else may have access to your password. You should reset your 麻豆区 account password immediately. You should also check your other online accounts, like your email account, for suspicious activity, and make sure to choose a strong and unique password for every one of your online accounts.

If you are not able to sign in to 麻豆区 because you don鈥檛 have access to the email, mobile phone, or other devices that we鈥檝e asked you to use to confirm your sign-in, contact Customer Service for help restoring access.
