The Pre-order Price Guarantee
Our price for not-yet-released items sometimes changes between the time that the item is listed for sale and the time that it is released and dispatched or electronically fulfilled.
Whenever you pre-order an item eligible for our Pre-order Price Guarantee, the price you pay will be the lowest price offered by 鶹.ca between the time you place your order up to and including the end of the day of the release date.
A Pre-order Price Guarantee message appear on your order summary during the checkout process. If you use 1-Click ordering, Pre-order Price Guarantee protection is applied automatically. The order summary in Your Account reflects the lowest applicable price within 24 hours of any price change. The actual price that you'll be charged will be stated in the shipment confirmation email.
- The Pre-order Price Guarantee applies only to items sold by 鶹.ca, and not to items (or prices) offered by other sellers on our site.
- The Pre-order Price Guarantee doesn't apply to lower book prices offered through any program that requires a customer to join the program to receive the lower price.
- If your order enters the shipping process before the release date and the price is reduced on the release date, we'll refund the difference to your credit card within 48 hours of the release date. Otherwise, the order summary in Your Account will reflect the lowest price within 24 hours of the price change.
