  This tourniquet is a good addition to an existing first-aid kit. Quality, for the most part, seems alright. It's quite long, but I'd rather have that than it being too short. It also came with instructions, which served as a nice refresher of a first-aid course I took last year.
  
  Although there's a spot to mark the date and time the tourniquet is applied, a lighter background would make it easier to read.
