  Have been using this game pad for 14 months & it was for 6 months.
  
  I really liked the volume control features like game, chat & EQ.
  My main concerns (after 3 months) are with pressing the Xbox button it too often sends me to the "turn off console" menu instead of Xbox app menu.
  Now after 3 months the controller shows "disconnected" warning often in games.
  Lastly the USB C connection port on controller has loosened up.
  
  update: started having issues with "drifting" on left shift stick after 6 months.
  After 12 months NOW i get Horrible BUZZ blowing my ears out in audio & too often now the controller looks powered on but doesn't work at all.
  I'am NOT buying a new "OVER PRICED" controller every 6-9 months.
  DO NOT BUY, you will regret after a short time.
  Controllers these days from many makers including microsoft are Very cheaply made to break down & have problems.
  I don't want to take the risk of buying a $150-200 controller only to find out it develop's the same problems. I think i will just buy the cheapest priced controller since it will last probably just as long.
