  At that price it should come with a car charger, a fast wall-charger and a transport case (sold separately) .. or one of the above. But it works at -20 celsius (even if stored outside), is rugged and has an override button for completely dead battery. It can fast charge some phones and has a flashlight.
  It is a basic car booster from a trusted brand.
