  This gift is lovely and is full of treats for self-care. It came in a small box and included a candle, shower melts, a stone to hold when feeling overwhelmed, oatmeal soap and a small fake succulent. I took off one star because the smell of the shower melts is very strong… they are lavender and ocean and they gave me a headache as soon as I opened the box. I’m sure once they’re in use, the smell is fine but it was too much for me. Still a lovely gift though and it’s reasonable priced.
