Does not work after few days of use

The media could not be loaded.

It did work for few days, then suddenly the SD went blank. The seller provided games to put in the SD, but now the X7 plus handheld does not open/play any game. If I try to load any game a message that the game is opening appears and then the console just freeze. It does not play any game. The seller did not even try to solve the issue.
