    You can eat this toasted buckwheat cold after a quick rinse, perhaps with some milk... like a breakfast cereal. Or you can boil it and make a nice thick porridge.

    If you want something that stands up to cooking and gives you intact kernels, this is not it. Find a roasted buckwheat. The brands I know and like are S&F and Yarmarka (Ярмарка).
