    Just baked two sourdough batards in my new CuisiLand cast iron bread loaf pan and they turned out beautifully. I find this style easier to use than my Dutch oven. No major imperfections, appears to be great quality for the money. I heated it to 450F twice and there was a slight odour that disappeared on the second heating. Didn鈥檛 season it because I use either parchment or a silicone mat. Very pleased so far.
