  Just to get it out of the way - 4 tablets comprises one serving so the 180 capsules really equates to only a 45 day supply. It does make it easier to swallow (4 smaller capsules compared to a 3g single capsule!)
  
  My personal experience is that when I take these capsules in the morning of the day of heavy physical activity, I don't feel as sore and fatigued the next day. It also (somewhat) gives me more energy during the actual physical activity itself. Combine that with its anti-oxidant properties and this makes for a compelling supplement to take when you are doing workouts, or other heavy physical activity. I am impressed, and will continue to take it when I have real workout ahead of me.
