It's a shame Spigen is willing to sell you a product that is sold as new/unopened and then send you opened previously returned goods they haven't properly audited. What they sent me was obviously opened with pieces obviously missing.
I asked for a refund and they refused and have offered to send a replacement that has yet to be shipped. So they clearly refunded whoever sent this open package back to them but they've given me the runaround and refused my request for a return on the grounds of them sending me a used product missing half of the contents.
I've held Spigen products in high regard and this experience has definitely tarnished my opinion of their company and how they deal with their customers.
