-they can't hold a lot of weight, 2 curtains max, and then I needed to add weights at the bottom of the stands
-heavier, thicker quality curtains also required weights to be added at the bottom of the stands
-they can't hold bend quite easily, so make sure to have a partner with you if you are extending them to full height and width
