  This is fantastic for making BBQ pizza,flat breads or quesadillas. Just put it on a cold grill and gradually bring to 400 degrees. If using fresh dough be sure to use a pizza peel and plenty of corn meal so the dough slide easily. There are tons of great youtube videos. Cooks in 10-12 and you will never settle for 2nd rate pizza again.
