  I had a problem with the first set of cartridges and after contacting Ory in Customer Service, they offered to replace them right away. I received them quickly and I was impressed with the service. I found with the first set of cartridges, if you don't print every day or two, the printer requires printhead maintenance/cleaning every time which was different than the genuine HP cartridges. Hopefully this new set will solve the problem. The company seems professional and eager to help it's customers.
