  I drink Oat milk because i'm lactose intolerant. I dislike other nondairy milks like soy and almond milks. I also dislike most lactose-free milks. So OAT milk is my "go to" for calcium.
  
  I bought this 1/23/2022 and when i received it the next day, the product says shelf stable until best before 08/2022. So it has a pretty decent shelf life without refrigeration. Obviously this tastes a lot better when cold. So make sure you put a box in the fridge to chill. Once opened you should probably consume it in a week or two -- which is easy since its just 1L
  
  Hows it taste? pretty standard unsweetened oat milk general flavoring however subtle difference -- actually feels less "thick" and "chalky" than the other brand that i'm used to (SoGood) so actually that to me is a thumbs up. I also think that when comparing both this brand "Silk", and "SoGood" brand, although they are both "unsweetened", this one tastes LESS SWEET. Again, 2 thumbs up from me.
