  Using with a mac (ventura) which is officially supported. It works for a few hours, sometimes a day, then it will generate a loud staticky sound and/or cut out. Unplug, plug in again, repeat. I would appreciate some suggestions for a better quality one of these. I thought this would have been a good quality item but it is not. Customer service asked for my order number and then never replied despite several followups.
