  First order wouldn't play properly. Constant gltiching and freezing in multiple players and drives.
  
  Disc looked perfect with no scratches or smudges. Still no good after cleaning disc.
  
  Returned and had a replacement sent.
  
  Replacement worked fine right out of the case.
  
  Seems to be a thing with 4K discs from what I see in forums for physical media.
