  Like a few of the other reviewers they were not able to connect their controllers to their PS3. I just finished trying to get mine to connect (using the USB connection cable it came with) for the last 45 minutes without success. Restart PS3, connect cables, tried each USB port, reset the controller like 8 times etc. etc. and then stumbled upon another post that suggested using a proper "data" USB to miniB cable like you would use for an SD card reader for example (which where I got my cable from). Low and behold, reluctantly plugged it in and bam, we're good to go! Obviously the provided cables are just cheapo cables and are not strong enough to carry the data quality. If you're having issues or perhaps shipped some craptastic cables like I was, well here is your solution. Thanks to the other post, got it from another website.... Happy gaming!
