  Do they work? Who knows. What I can tell you is natural Zinc not synthetic like anything else is a much better option for your body. Don't listen to the false information you hear from much of the healthy authorities. These pills are not a good supplement for the real thing. However, if you do buy these, do not take 2 tabs at once, it will give you the worst stomach ache and vomiting sensation you've had in your life.
