  I liked the product. However the overall delivery experience lacked. I was charged an extra $35+ for customs/ brokerage to Canada which was not mentioned and the product missed the batteries for the built in lights, which cost me another $30. So the product, though comfortable to use, the knee rest is really great if you have to wait in line or stand for long periods, the lights have come in handy at night on the stairs, and the "beepers" are ok for annoying the dog; the price is not worth it. NOTE TO USERS, you do require a fair amount of upper body strength to use this type of crutch if you cannot put some weight on one leg. Once you can bare some weight on both legs it is highly maneuverable and comfortable option to crutches.
