As you can see from the pictures the pan does a fantastic job baking a pizza, the crust turns out perfectly. Just oil the pan with Olive Oil first, add the dough, sauce, toppings, and bake, and enjoy the best pizza you will ever taste. I would also like to thank the folks at Star Blue for assisting me in accessing the online E- Recipe book, lots of tasty looking recipes for pizza and other things you can make using the 16 inch cast iron pan. Love this pizza pan, highly recommend this seller and their product.
